301 Hot Sauce

Here is something from the past I figured I would share. A gentleman by the name of Rob Fitz had contacted me about a wonderful hot sauce he had created a few years back. I passed on information on all the wholesalers I knew and tried to give him some leads. He was kind enough to send me a bottle of 301 hotsauce. I wrote him back to tell him how wonderful the sauce was. I guess my mini review ended up on his wall. If you're in the market for something a little different, I highly recommend his sauce. "I had made a nice Italian chicken pizza the day I got it. 
I do my pizza a little different, no tomatoes. I like to do 
roasted garlic, fontino, parm and mozzarella cheeses 
on it (the kids love it). If anything I put hot sauce on it. 
I am quite partial to Thai and Vietnamese sauces (oh deargod they are hot!). But I also make a good Italian sweet and sour sauce. Anyway, I drenched my pizza with your sauce. It tasted great!
